How to order
Rosie's Dolls Clothes has a shopping cart built into the website to allow customers to easily select products for purchasing online. When you browse through the products, you will see the 'Add to Cart' link. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button to add the product to the virtual shopping cart. Don't worry if you make a mistake, you can remove items from the shopping cart at any time.
The shopping cart
To view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click on the "view cart" link in the top right hand corner of the web pages. The Shopping Cart page will list the items that you have selected, together with a full cost breakdown.
To adjust the quantity of a product that you wish to buy, type a different number in the "quantity" box, and click the "update" button to recalculate the price. You may remove items from the shopping cart by clicking on the red icon to the right of the product price.
Making an order / Checking out
The 'Checking Out' process is where you actually place the order for the items held in the shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Checkout" link to proceed to the simple 4 step checkout process:
* Step 1: Review the contents of your order, select a postage option and method of payment. Australian customers can pay by Direct Deposit, Money order, Bank Cheque or by Credit Card. International customers must pay by Credit Card. If you're using a gift certificate to pay for some or all of your order, enter its number on this first checkout page.
* Step 2: Enter your Name, Address and delivery details
* Step 3: Review and confirm your order.
* Step 4: Pay for your order. If you're paying by Credit Card or PayPal, you will be directed to our bank's payment system. If you're paying via bank deposit, Cheque or money order, you will receive an email with account/address details for payment. Cheques will need to be cleared prior to the order being dispatched.
Once orders have been received you will receive a confirmation email advising when your order will be dispatched, usually within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Orders where the Express Post option has been chosen will be dispatched promptly after payment has been received.
Mail orders (only available to Australian customers)
If you do not feel comfortable ordering online, follow steps 1 and 2 above (shopping cart and checkout details page), then instead of clicking the button to proceed, print out the checkout details page and post it to:

Don’t forget to include your money order or bank cheque payable to Rosie’s Dolls Clothes. Cheques will need to be cleared prior to the order being dispatched. If an item that you have ordered is sold out and no longer available when the order has been received, Rosie will contact you and arrange a suitable substitute item or arrange a refund.
Local pick-up in the Brisbane area
If you live local to Brisbane and wish to collect the order from Ferny Grove, please select the ‘Local Pick-up’ option during the check-out process and Rosie will contact you with address details. You will need to then arrange a suitable time for collection. If paying by credit card or PayPal, payment must be made online via the shopping cart at time of placing the order. Alternatively, cash may be paid upon pick-up. Cheques will not be accepted at time of pick-up.
