Shipping
As most items are more than 2cm in thickness, they are sent according to Australia Post regulations and usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, except during holiday periods (see news section for dates).
Shipping rates are automatically calculated within the shopping cart based on the weight of the items you order. Please note the weight ranges used for calculating postage costs include an allowance (approx 50g) for the weight of the packaging.

Registered Post is available for those wanting a little extra assurance with the delivery of your order. For an additional charge of $2.95 (on top of standard parcel charges), Australia Post will provide tracking of the parcel and compensation up to $100 if your parcel is lost or damaged.
